The Havasu Balloon Festival and Fair countdown is underway as we get closer to our 7th Annual Bubbles and Balloons Above Buckets of Fun! January 13-15, 2017.

If you are a member of the Media please complete the form below to get registered for the 2017 event.

Media passes are limited to two persons per Organization/Company.  One for a reporter and one for a photographer. There is no public Wifi availability this year, so streaming media will need to be through your own devices and plan.

NOTE: Unfortunately you will not be able to use the VIP tent for writing or uploading information as this is reserved for our Partners and Pilots.  We do encourage you to utilize the tables and chairs in the heart of the event at the food court in front of the Main Stage, where alot of action is going on all day long! 
After the event, we do hope you will send us links, printed materials or how you have published and promoted the event to your readers/subscribers.

We are open most all year round except in the hot, hot days in the summer.  By doing that followup, will determine the availability of media passes for the 2018 event  We want you to be successful and hope you understand.
